High street lettings do not cater for a large and growing sector of tenants. The high upfront costs such as large cash deposits, rent in advance, referencing fees and agency fees make high street lettings unaffordable for many self-employed people or those on low incomes.

The majority of our tenants are in work but have low to medium incomes or self-employed incomes that don’t reference well on the High Street. Our current tenants include carers, hairdressers, cabin crew, postmen, retail assistants, bar staff and landscapers, to name just a few occupations.

We carry out extensive background checks and interview all our clients prior to placement. Currently, our average tenancy length is over two years as we aim to provide long-term, sustainable accommodation.
